British Trout Association

We’ve recently started more of a working dialogue with The British Trout Association following the release of Any Trout About.

The British Trout Association represent the UK trout farming industry. They aim to encourage research and development and promote all aspects of the industry, including promoting trout as a great food source. British trout is one of the most sustainable fish you can buy, with minimal impact on the environment. Adding it to the weekly shop helps to support our local economies and ensures a supply of this delicious, natural and versatile fish for the future. Lovely stuff!
